Step 1 — Onboarding (10 minutes from you)
The onboarding form has six fields: company name, website URL, what you sell (one paragraph), your ideal customer (job title and industry, free-text), your typical deal size, and any industries to exclude.
Behind the form, our AI extracts your USP, brand voice, and copy style from your website automatically. You can review and edit what it produces before any email goes out. There is no scheduled "kickoff call" — the whole onboarding is asynchronous and finishes in minutes, not weeks.
Step 2 — A fresh campaign every business day, ramping to 6,000 emails a day
Every business day, we launch a fresh campaign reaching 2,000 US businesses on your behalf, and send two follow-ups on each earlier campaign. Daily volume ramps to as much as 6,000 emails a day — roughly 30,000 a week at full speed, and 100,000+ in your first month. The prospects come from our US B2B database (589,000+ verified business contacts, sourced from licensed providers and public business records, re-verified before campaigns and deduped against your existing contacts).
Crucially: we never use your domain. The emails are sent from our own pre-warmed US domains and IP infrastructure. Your domain reputation stays untouched no matter what happens — spam complaints, bounces, anything. It is not your problem because it is not your domain.
Step 3 — Scoring engagement
Every open, click, and reply is logged. Bot opens (from enterprise email security systems like Microsoft Defender, which scan unknown senders before the human sees the message) are filtered out using known scanner signatures and pattern detection.
Remaining engagement is ranked using a 4-tier model: direct replies (Tier 1) > multi-touch engagement (Tier 2) > content-link clicks (Tier 3) > bot-filtered opens (Tier 4). The top 20 prospects from each campaign are selected and packaged for your morning report — up to 60 a day once follow-ups are in full swing.
Step 4 — The 7am morning report
By 7am Eastern time every weekday, you receive an email with a PDF for every campaign that finished yesterday — listing your 20 warmest prospects from each, up to 60 a day. Each entry contains:
- Full name and job title
- Company name and brief context
- Direct work email
- Direct phone number (where available)
- LinkedIn profile URL
- A short summary of what they engaged with (which email, which link, whether they replied)
You then reach out manually using whichever channel you prefer — phone call, LinkedIn message, or email from your own domain. Because the prospect has already engaged with your campaign once, your follow-up is warm, not cold.
What we deliberately do not do
- We do not run endless follow-up sequences. Each campaign gets an initial email plus exactly two follow-ups, then stops — sequences beyond that, in our experience, increase opt-outs more than they increase replies.
- We do not reach out to existing customers in your CRM. The onboarding lets you upload an exclusion list.
- We do not run named-account ABM. We are not a fit for "we want to break into these 50 accounts" use cases.
- We do not write industry-specific landing pages or run ad campaigns. Our scope is just the email pipeline.
How long until you see results
Your first campaign launches the next business day after you approve your emails. The first morning report (top 20 prospects) lands within 48 hours of launch. Most clients book new sales conversations in the first week.
There is a 7-day free trial and no setup fee. You read, edit, and approve the exact emails we will send before anything goes out — then it is $49/week, no contract, cancel anytime.
